roasted beet salad – with radishes and La Tur cheese (a soft sheep, cow, goat cheese); the gourmet version of a beet salad dressed up with La Tur, which happens to be one of my favorite cheeses in the world; the beets are sweet, the radishes added a little bit of bite in both texture and spice, and the La Tur lent a creaminess and a little funk to the mix
